Helpful to mention
- Everything on the list - one job or ten, they can be quoted together.
- For a leak: where the stain is, and whether it gets worse when it rains.
- Roughly when the house was built, if it might be before 1978.
- Whether you are working to a date, such as a move-in or a sale.
What happens after you send this
Willie gets back to you to talk through the job and set a time for the free estimate. Messages sent after hours may take a little longer. At the estimate he looks at the problem for himself - for a leak, that means finding where the water is really getting in - and gives you a price for the whole list.
No prices are given over the phone or in the chat, because what a repair needs can't be seen from a description. If water is leaking right now, shut it off at the fixture or the main first, then call.
